Great atmosphere

I didn't get to see you and the band before you left last night and I just wanted to thank you for the fantastic music. I had lots of comments about the bond music and I think everyone was impresssed and you created a great atmosphere. Please pass on our grateful thanks to the rest of your team. Fantastic well known classic songs

I just want to thank you on behalf of Agility Logistics Ltd for playing at our Brand Launch. Although not an easy venue in terms of acoustics and setting sound levels we thought you did an amazing job of balancing between being in the background and also creating an atmosphere of performance excellence. I had a lot of feedback from our customers and suppliers about how good the band was. People were particularly impressed with the range of music you played and the gradual change from easy listening jazz numbers to fantastic well known classic songs performed with freshness and originality. It really was a pleasure for everyone to have you at our event and it certainly made it a memorable and successful one for us. I can speak on behalf of our team in saying we would recommend you guys to anyone and would be more than happy to be a reference for anyone considering having you play at their function. Summertime and My Funny Valentine, a number of Latin-flavoured tunes

ROUNDhouse is a jazz quartet that features Drew Hutchinson on saxophones, Richard Linklater on drums, Tony Ramsay on keyboard/vocals and Don Weller on bass.

We guarantee not to play polite cocktail jazz, whilst reading diligently from a Real Book and looking bored out of our trees. Passion and intensity, without blowing your head off!!

The band playlist includes classics by Miles Davis (All Blues, Freddie Freeloader), Herbie Hancock (Watermelon Man), standards such as Summertime and My Funny Valentine, a number of Latin-flavoured tunes (like Horace Silver’s Song for My Father and Chitlins Con Carne by Kenny Burrell), plus a smattering of original material, and classic pop/rock tunes given a jazz twist (for example Money by Pink Floyd).
